General directions:
SAMNOS Standard is to a rate of 97% a residue-free evaporating processing fluid. Its lubricity is very high and it has a very effective cooling ability. SAMNOS Standard forms thin water soluble films after drying acting in addition like a corrosion protector. SAMNOS Standard his is almost to *** biodegradable and therefore is not subject to identification. It is not considered to be dangerous from an ecological point of view. As far as we know occupational diseases have been never occurred. Appropriate handling of these types of liquids is required (see Material Safety Data Sheet). Due to the special cooling properties of the fluid, SAMNOS Standard is used especially for very challenging machining operations. In general, this liquid can be used with all materials and also with plastic.

To obtain optimal performance with Samnos Standard, thin wetting should be produced by a HPM Technologie micro dosing unit. Cleaning of residues : Clean residues of SAMNOS Standard solely with water, do not use detergent or solvents! Storage/Stability: Dont store at temperatures lower than 4掳C or higher than 25掳C, 1 year stable in an unopened container.
